Responsibilities :

• Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and general service needs
• Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance products
• Follow up on quotes, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
• Maintain accurate and organized customer records
• Support overall office goals through both service and sales efforts

Qualifications:

• Willingness to obtain required licenses (agency will cover licensing costs)
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Coachable and eager to learn
