Example Projects Depending on business priorities during the internship, opportunities may include: Supporting onboarding and new hire orientation activities Assisting with employee records management and HR documentation Creating and maintaining HR templates, forms, and electronic documents Supporting interview scheduling and recruiting coordination Assisting with employee engagement and recognition initiatives Preparing HR reports, presentations, and process documentation Essential Responsibilities Human Resources Operations Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation activities. Support employee record maintenance while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information. Assist with HR data entry, audits, and document management. Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed. Assist with creating and maintaining HR templates, forms, process documentation, and fillable electronic forms. Talent Acquisition Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communications. Coordinate interview logistics and recruiting activities. Participate in résumé screening and other recruitment support activities. Employee Engagement Assist with employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs. Support employee events, wellness activities, and community engagement initiatives. Help prepare communications and presentation materials for HR activities. Qualifications Required Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Human Resources Business Administration Management Psychology Organizational Leadership Or a related field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Preferred Previous internship, administrative, or customer service experience. Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or HR information systems. Interest in Human Resources, talent acquisition, employee engagement, or organizational development.
