Avanciers is seeking a highly skilled Talent Partner – Talent Acquisition to join our team for an exciting Contract role with one of our esteemed Fortune 500 clients, based in United States. This is a Cary, NC (Hybrid) Job Title Talent Partner – Talent Acquisition Location Cary, NC (Hybrid) Duration 6-Month Contract Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST Job Summary Seeking an experienced Talent Partner to manage full-cycle recruitment for a global organization. The role partners with hiring managers and HR leaders to develop sourcing strategies, attract top talent, and deliver an excellent candidate experience. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer. Partner with hiring managers on staffing needs. Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and networking. Screen candidates and coordinate interviews. Track recruiting metrics and ensure a positive hiring experience. Required Skills 5+ years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience. Experience recruiting in a global enterprise or RPO environment. Workday ATS experience preferred. Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
