Your New OpportunityDrafting and plan production for civil engineering projects3D modelingProviding assistance to engineers and other team members for:CAD draftingQuantity take-offsEngineering designTraining on Bentley productsYour Background and CredentialsHigh school graduate required; college graduate preferredA minimum of 10 years related work experience in computer aided draftingA minimum of 10 years experience in civil engineeringA minimum of 5 years experience with IDOT (Illinois Dept. of Transportation) plan standards and requirementsA minimum of 5 years experience with Bentley V8i of MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer is requiredAutoCAD and AutoDesk Civil 3D experience a plusExperience with Microsoft products, specifically Word and Excel, is requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills and relationship building skillsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to be collaborativeExcellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skillsYour PerksYou will work in a flexible workplace with a hybrid work schedule which will allow you a healthy work/life balance. Final compensation is dependent on multiple factors including years of experience, any applicable licensure and/or certifications, and internal pay structures.
