Colorcon is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support Harleysville, PA, and sites in Mexico and Colombia. The role emphasizes employee relations, performance management, recruiting, onboarding, and learning & development, working within the NALAN HR team. The position reports to the Senior Human Resources Manager for the NALAN region and requires bilingual Spanish/English proficiency with at least three years' HR experience.
