FOOD SERVICE CONCESSION (SEASONAL)

Job Details Hiring immediately for seasonal FOOD SERVICE CONCESSION positions. Location: Lakeside Public Schools – 2837 Malvern Avenue, Hot Springs National Park, AR 71901. Online applications accepted only. Schedule: Seasonal part‑time; days and hours vary by event. Weekends required. Requirement: Previous customer service experience required. Pay Range: $12.00–$13.00 per hour. Internal employee referral bonus available. Job Summary Sell concessions to customers at various events. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Sells concessions, including soft drinks and various food items, to customers at events. Serves customers efficiently and friendly following outlined steps of service. Interacts with customers and resolves complaints in a friendly, service‑oriented manner; relays relevant information to supervisor. Performs sales transactions in a reasonable and timely fashion; enters sales into the cash register to ensure accurate recording. Makes change, accepts acceptable forms of payment, and issues receipts. Follows standard cash handling procedures. Responsible for assigned change funds and cash receipts, ensuring consistency with overage/shortage standards. Performs other duties such as replenishing condiments, general supplies, and maintaining cleanliness of the concession area. Ensures compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements. Performs other duties as assigned.
