Location: Coppell, TX
Department: Accounting
Shift: 4:00 PM 1:00 AM
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are now hiring an Accounting Certifier Analyst in Coppell, TX. This position plays an important role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of inventory transactions by certifying the receipt, storage, handling, and shipment of products.

The Accounting Certifier Analyst serves as a key control point between warehouse operations and inventory accounting, helping maintain accurate inventory records, verify product conditions, support administrative processes, and ensure compliance with company policies and control procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Certify and verify inventory transactions for accuracy.

• Review the receipt, storage, handling, and shipment of products.

• Validate product condition and inventory information.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.

• Coordinate with warehouse operations and accounting personnel.

• Support administrative and inventory-related accounting processes.

• Identify and report inventory discrepancies or irregularities.

• Follow company policies, procedures, and internal control requirements.

• Assist with maintaining accurate and complete records.

• Perform other accounting and inventory control duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous relevant accounting work experience is required.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Ability to work effectively with both accounting and warehouse teams.

• Strong organizational and administrative skills.

• Must provide a current resume .

• Must successfully pass a background check .

• Must successfully pass a drug test .

• Reliable attendance and ability to work the assigned 4:00 PM 1:00 AM shift.
