Compensation Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $65,000 – $95,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits. Role Overview We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, screen, and shepherd candidates through hiring processes. The role partners with hiring managers to fill roles thoughtfully — focused on candidate experience and quality of hire. Key Responsibilities Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and direct outreach Run intake meetings with hiring managers to define what great looks like Screen candidates and present qualified shortlists Coordinate interview loops and gather structured feedback Maintain ATS hygiene and report on funnel health Champion candidate experience throughout the process Required Skills and Qualifications 2+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean and X-ray search Bias for proactive candidate engagement and white-glove experience Comfort with structured interviewing and scorecard methodology What You'll Bring Strong interpersonal judgment and the ability to handle sensitive information Clear written and verbal communication across cultures and seniority levels A bias toward action and structured problem-solving Comfort working asynchronously across time zones What We Offer Fully remote, flexible work hours Performance-based bonus structure Annual learning & development stipend Health and wellness benefits (varies by location) Opportunity to work on high-scale, real-world impact projects Equal Opportunity Statement This is an equal opportunity role.
