Together, they craft innovative solutions that enhance user connections, elevate content and AR experiences, and drive the growth and evolution of Snapchat’s core platform.We’re looking for a Product Manager, Content Ranking to join our team at Snap Inc!What you’ll do:Partner with cross-functional teams to build app features and content experiences that ensure Snapchatters of every age, in every market, are entertained in a safe environmentBuild new content experiences with sharp intuition for cultural trends and short-form video including what makes content resonate in the moment, and how to surface it to the right Snapchatters at the right timeLaunch features and improvements that give Snapchatters greater control over the quality of their content experience all in a scalable way within a privacy- and safety-by-design frameworkDevelop goals, strategy, and roadmaps; own products and features from conception to launch and beyond, setting the metrics that inform their success and impactCollaborate with partners across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Legal, and Policy to align teams on a shared vision and steer execution toward that visionDevelop and present go-forward recommendations with key stakeholders, closely monitoring and measuring the results of all featuresKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Proven ability to develop a product strategy for content ranking and recommendation systems and translate it into a prioritized, data-driven roadmapProven ability to define and analyze success metrics and input metrics for a large organizationStrong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and approach problems with system-level thinkingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trust and align cross-functional teams across engineering, data science, and beyondAbility to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced but collaborative and kind environmentMinimum Qualifications:BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience4+ years of experience building and shipping products at a technology companyPreferred Qualifications:4+ years of experience in product management, preferably working on content quality, content understanding, content ranking, or content moderationPassion for Snapchat and creative problem solvingIf you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please don’t be shy and provide us some information."Default Together" Policy at Snap: At Snap Inc. we believe that being together in person helps us build our culture faster, reinforce our values, and serve our community, customers and partners better through dynamic collaboration. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
