Overview
Registered Nurse - Med Surg Tele in Plymouth, MA. Start date 10/12/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment. Weekly pay range $2,603-$2,659 per week. Guaranteed hours: 72 biweekly. Shift: 12-hour nights (3x12). Work setting is an inpatient Med Surg Telemetry environment with float responsibilities to other MS Tele floors as needed. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on the Med Surg Tele unit, including assessment, care planning, and execution of care plans for adult patients.
- Monitor telemetry, interpret cardiac rhythms, identify dysrhythmias, and respond to alarms with appropriate interventions.
- Administer prescribed medications, IV therapies, and treatments with strict adherence to safety and verification processes.
- Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and multidisciplinary team members to implement plans of care and adapt to changes in patient status.
- Document care in the electronic medical record accurately and promptly; ensure clear communication for continuity of care.
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, medication safety, and discharge planning; support patient understanding and adherence.

Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN license in good standing
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (nursing degree required)
- Minimum 2 years Med Surg Telemetry experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
- Ability to float to other Med Surg Telemetry floors and overflow areas
- Successful completion of onboarding tests related to Telemetry and medications (ECG/Telemetry and medication tests), one attempt only; minimum 85% passing
