Job Overview A law firm seeks an Associate with 4-7 years of experience to join their Energy and Project Finance group in San Diego, CA. This role involves significant responsibility in drafting primary deal documents and working within a deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities Draft primary deal documents including purchase and sale agreements, investment agreements, and financing agreements. Engage in project finance transactions involving sponsors, investors, developers, and lenders. Focus on renewable power and energy transition projects. Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment. Requirements 4-7 years of experience in project finance transactions. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working within a deadline-driven environment. Must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where you will sit. Education Strong academic credentials required.
