Restaurant Operations & Guest Experience Leader

Bonefish Grill

Bonefish Grill is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of FOH/BOH in our Grand Rapids location. The role includes staffing, coaching, menu knowledge, and ensuring safety, sanitation, and guest satisfaction standards are met.

Responsibilities include supervising scheduling, interviewing, hiring, and developing hourly team members, while maintaining brand standards and community engagement opportunities.
