RPA Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
Develop, test, and deploy bots using Automation Anywhere.
Create reusable automation components and maintain existing bots.
Troubleshoot and resolve bot failures and production issues.
Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams.
Prepare technical documentation and follow RPA best practices.

Required Skills:

Experience with Automation Anywhere - A360
Strong knowledge of RPA concepts and software development practices.
Experience with APIs, databases, Excel automation, and web automation.
Basic programming/scripting knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Automation Anywhere certification.
Experience with process analysis and workflow automation.
Familiarity with OCR, AI/ML integrations, and cloud platforms. Nice to have

Experience: 3 6 years of relevant RPA/Automation Anywhere development experience.
