We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer with 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Document AI, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), OCR, LLM applications and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) .

The ideal candidate must have experience delivering production‑grade AI/ML solutions and should have worked with an organization where AI/ML is a core business function , such as an AI product company, AI consulting firm, or organization with a dedicated AI/ML Centre of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and deploy scalable AI/ML models for document processing and intelligent automation.
• Build end‑to‑end Document AI / Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) pipelines for data extraction, classification and validation.
• Implement and integrate OCR and Document AI solutions .
• Develop LLM-driven applications using modern frameworks and orchestration tools such as LangChain and LangGraph .
• Design, develop and deploy RPA bots and workflows in production environments.
• Integrate RPA with AI/ML pipelines to automate business processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver business‑focused AI solutions.
• Optimize model performance, accuracy, scalability and reliability in production environments.
• Stay updated with advancements in AI/ML, Document AI, LLM and intelligent automation technologies.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

• 5+ years of hands‑on AI/ML experience
• Strong experience in production‑grade AI/ML implementations
• Hands‑on experience in Document AI / Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
• Experience with OCR and document automation workflows
• Hands‑on experience with RPA in production
• Experience with one or more RPA platforms: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism or Microsoft Power Automate
• Experience with LLM frameworks and orchestration , particularly LangChain / LangGraph
• Experience with Document AI technologies/platforms such as Rossum, Hyperscience, Nanonets, Infrrd, Azure AI Document Intelligence or AWS Textract
• Experience with document processing technologies such as LlamaParse, LayoutLMv3 or Donut

Mandatory Company Experience:

Candidates must have prior experience working with organizations where AI/ML is a core business function .

Relevant backgrounds include:

• AI/ML product companies
• AI consulting organizations
• Organizations with dedicated AI/ML Centres of Excellence

Candidates whose organizations used AI/ML only as an incidental, experimental or secondary capability will not be considered.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong understanding of NLP, OCR and document automation .
• Experience with model fine‑tuning, prompt engineering and model evaluation .
• Strong foundation in Linear Algebra, Probability, Statistics and Optimization is highly desirable.
• Experience deploying AI/ML solutions on AWS, Azure or GCP is preferred.
• Experience with real‑world, production‑grade AI/ML environments is required.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science or a related field .

Note:

Candidates must have hands‑on production experience in both AI/ML and RPA , along with relevant Document AI/IDP experience .
