Global Business Manager - AI Infrastructure

Lead the global sales funnel review process across GBU, Sales, and Category organizations Establish governance, performance metrics, and executive reporting Analyze win/loss trends, identify growth opportunities, and improve conversion rates and revenue attainment Identify business, operational, and product-related obstacles and implement corrective actions Drive forecasting accuracy and business predictability through AI, predictive modeling, and data-driven decision-making Report HP Boost performance as a standalone software business and as a sales enabler for HP Workstations Manage complex data and business analyses to develop business plans and recommendations Define business-performance metrics, compare actual data with forecasts, and address performance gaps Track and influence order intake, Sell Thru, Weeks of Stock, channel inventory, and top deals Coordinate key deal and escalation execution with Supply Chain Drive demand-steering guidance and execution with each market Develop insights on market dynamics, competitive positioning, AI industry trends, customer demand patterns, and TAM evolution Build recommendations and drive actions to secure order execution Requirements 10+ years of experience in Business Management, Sales Funnel tracking, or business analytics Experience in product strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area is a plus Advanced university degree, such as an MBA, or demonstrable equivalent Experience partnering with executive leadership to define business strategy, influence decisions, and drive cross-functional execution Strong executive communication skills and ability to distill complexity into actionable strategy Experience working effectively in a global, matrixed organization Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders across a global matrix Strong understanding of AI, workstation, infrastructure, and enterprise technology market trends Ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations and executive communications Experience leading large-scale business transformation and operational improvement initiatives Ability to manage ambiguity and drive results in rapidly evolving markets Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills Ability to leverage AI analytical techniques for business analysis Excellent verbal and written communication skills Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Business Management and Sales Funnel Tracking, with a strong focus on AI-driven decision-making and data analysis to enhance business performance.
