WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Work on the production line (prep, cooking, packing)
• Follow formulas and processes to make consistent product
• Keep your station clean, organized, and efficient
• Hit production targets without cutting corners
• Start on packing → grow into equipment + full production roles

 

WHAT YOU BRING

• You move with urgency and don’t need to be micromanaged
• You show up on time. Every time.
• You show up ready to work and ready to improve
• Production or kitchen experience is a plus (not required)
• You’re a good teammate—no ego, just get it done

 

WHAT THE JOB IS LIKE

• You’ll be on your feet most of the day
• You’ll be lifting, moving, and working with your hands
• It’s repetitive at times—but fast-paced
• Team environment—everyone pulls their weight

SCHEDULE

• 7AM - 5PM, four days a week
• 9AM - 5PM, five days a week

 

PAY & PERKS

• $19–$21/hr starting, depending on food production experience
• Weekly pay (direct deposit)
