About the Role:
We're seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dynamic team on a per diem basis. As an OT at Pearl Pointe, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by helping them maintain their independence, functionality, and overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical and cognitive abilities to identify areas for improvement
Develop and provide therapy programs that promote functional independence, mobility, and overall quality of life
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive approach to resident care
Provide education and support to residents, families, and caregivers on occupational therapy techniques and strategies
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident progress and treatment plans
