Job Description As a Security Officer - Patrol Ambassador in Goodyear, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a technology-focused location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and use computer or tablet tools as needed. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols of data center facilities, exterior areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions. Monitor access control points, verify credentials, maintain visitor logs, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy concerns. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific response procedures. Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel. Minimum Requirements Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
