Job Description Job Description Billing and Office Support - Part-Time Elk Grove Village, IL, US Our client, a dynamic full service commercial printing company located in Elk Grove Village, IL, is looking for a Part-Time Billing and Office Support person to join their growing team. Starting pay rate: $23.00 per hour for 3 Years of Experience Part-time flexible hours: 20–24 hours per week: Schedule options: (a) 6 hours x 4 days per week, (b) 4–5 hours x 5 days per week, (c) 8 hours x 3 days per week. Office hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Responsibilities · Assist with the billing process and prepare completed jobs for invoicing · Track jobs as they are completed to ensure accurate billing · Maintain organized filing systems and office records · Perform general office and administrative duties · Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally · Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks · Use accounting and Microsoft Office software to manage billing and documentation Qualifications · 3 Year of experience in billing, bookkeeping, office administration, or related work · Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office products · Understanding of basic bookkeeping principles and practices · Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Organized, friendly, responsible, and professional attitude · Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Preferred Experience · Experience tracking jobs, time, or project costs for billing purposes is a plus · 3 years of experience in billing, accounting support, or administrative work is required · An associates degree is beneficial but not required Company Description Quality Staffing is a full service staffing agency located in Illinois.
