Senior Product Manager, Commercial

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Commercial to drive the strategy, development, and optimization of commercial platforms and business systems that support revenue growth and operational efficiency. This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to deliver scalable solutions that improve business performance and customer outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution skills and excels at solving complex business challenges through technology and process innovation. Key Responsibilities Define and own the roadmap for commercial products, platforms, and operational capabilities. Identify opportunities to improve revenue generation, pricing, customer engagement, and business processes. Translate business objectives into prioritized product initiatives and measurable outcomes. Balance immediate business needs with long-term scalability. Product Development & Delivery Gather stakeholder and customer requirements to define product features and solutions. Create user stories, requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams. Lead the delivery of multiple product initiatives from concept through launch. Partner with Engineering, Analytics, and Operations teams to ensure successful execution. Commercial Operations & Automation Build and enhance tools that streamline sales, reporting, forecasting, onboarding, and revenue operations. Identify inefficiencies and drive automation to improve productivity and scalability. Develop processes and systems that support sustainable business growth. Data & Performance Management Use data and analytics to guide product decisions and measure success. Define KPIs and performance metrics for commercial initiatives. Partner with data teams to develop reporting and insights that support decision-making. Continuously optimize products and workflows based on performance results. Cross-Functional Leadership Align Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Customer Success around shared goals. Lead launch planning, stakeholder communications, and organizational adoption efforts. Develop documentation, training materials, and operational processes for new capabilities. Influence decisions and drive alignment across diverse teams. Conduct competitive analysis, customer research, and market assessments. Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy. Incorporate customer and market feedback into roadmap planning and prioritization. Qualifications 5+ years of product management experience, preferably supporting commercial, operational, or revenue-focused platforms. Proven success delivering complex products from strategy through adoption. Experience working closely with engineering teams to build scalable solutions.
