You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system.Job Description:At Regions, the Commercial Banking Leader directs, coordinates, and leads the business development and relationship management activities of a team of Commercial Relationship Managers in an assigned geographic location. This leader works within the Commercial Banking group and targets general industry clients with annual revenues between $1MM - $250MM. The role is focused on revenue growth, business model execution, sales performance, sound risk practices and customer satisfaction.Primary ResponsibilitiesManages sales processes and coaches Commercial Relationship Managers in all relationship development effortsSets call and sales goals, ensuring they are clearly communicated to Commercial Relationship ManagersProvides sales coaching and feedback on pipeline of new and expanded businessEnsures adherence to internal policies and proceduresProvides leadership and support to Commercial Relationship managers while building a team-oriented culture of excellencePerforms general management duties, exercising usual authority concerning staff, performance appraisals, promotions, and terminationsThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.This position is incentive eligible.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Economics, or related fieldSeven (7) years of experience in commercial banking, sales, or relationship managementDemonstrated credit acumenPreferencesMaster’s degree in related fieldPrior experience in management/supervisory roleSkills and CompetenciesAbility to research, analyze data, and derive factsAbility to learn additional systems as neededAbility to supervise and manage a teamAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesAbility to work in a team environment when applicableDemonstrated leadership capabilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)Strong work ethic and self-motivationStrong verbal, written communication, and organizational skillsPosition TypeFull timeCompensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.Job Range Target:Minimum:$210,178.65 USDMedian:$258,270.00 USDIncentive Pay Plans:This role is eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive plan.
