Software Engineer – Full Stack Developer We are looking for an experienced full‑stack developer to design and deliver complete end‑to‑end solutions in a fast and agile environment. The role involves working closely with clients to understand requirements, architect modern systems, and implement high‑quality, production‑ready software. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain front‑end and back‑end components using modern web technologies. Lead the implementation of new features and enhancements across the entire stack. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define system architecture and best practices. Conduct code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration to ensure product quality. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers. Identify and recommend improvements to the existing architecture and operating environment. Required Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of professional software engineering experience. Strong knowledge of full‑stack development; back‑end and front‑end languages and frameworks such as C#, C, C++, .NET, JavaScript, Java, React, Node.js. Experience building end‑to‑end systems from vision to production. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. Secret clearance (required). Preferred Qualifications Experience with Rust or modern C++ in production environments. Experience with Linux system administration, networking, filesystems (e.g., overlays, tmpfs), and container orchestration. Experience acquiring client requirements and automating workflow optimization. Proficiency in automated testing tools and practices. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $69,400.00 – $158,000.00 (annualized USD). Additional compensation may include performance incentives. Full‑time and part‑time employees working at least 20 hours per week qualify for the benefit program.
