About the Role As a Paraprofessional, you will work closely with classroom teachers and support staff to help implement individualized instructional and behavioral programs designed to meet students’ unique needs. Schedule & Compensation * Summer School 2026 Schedule: Monday through Thursday during summer school hours (part-time)* 2026/2027 School Year Schedule: Monday through Friday during regular school hours (full-time)* Competitive hourly compensation based on experience and education * Weekly pay * Opportunities for continued long-term placement throughout the school year Key Responsibilities * Support teachers in implementing instructional and behavioral programs based on student needs * Provide academic, behavioral, and emotional support to individual students and small groups * Assist students with developing and generalizing social, emotional, and academic skills throughout the school day * Help maintain a structured, positive, and supportive classroom environment * Encourage student engagement, independence, and confidence * Maintain open communication with teachers, staff, and families regarding student progress and behavioral goals What We’re Looking For * Experience working with children in a classroom or school-based setting * Experience supporting students with Special Needs and/or Social Emotional Behavioral challenges preferred * Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills * Ability to remain patient, flexible, and supportive in a fast-paced environment * Passion for helping students grow academically, socially, and emotionally Additional Details * Access to online training and professional development resources * Supportive and collaborative work environment * Candidates with backgrounds as Teacher’s Assistants, Instructional Aides, Behavioral Support Staff, Educational Assistants, or similar roles are strongly encouraged to apply About Us Our mission is to provide exceptional staffing solutions that empower schools to support student success, strengthen families, and build stronger communities.
