Club Manager

About the Role:

As the Club Manager at Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Hesperia, CA, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our members. Join our team and lead a passionate staff in promoting health and fitness while ensuring exceptional member experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily club operations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Lead and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve club goals.
• Manage membership sales and retention strategies to drive growth.
• Conduct staff training and development to enhance team performance.
• Implement marketing initiatives to promote club programs and services.
• Monitor financial performance and manage budgets effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Foster a positive community atmosphere that encourages member engagement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a management role within the fitness or service industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and implement effective strategies.
• Passion for fitness and a commitment to member satisfaction.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the fitness industry.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field preferred.

Compensation: $22.00 per hour
