As a Business Development Representative, you'll learn the fundamentals of professional sales, work directly with experienced sales leaders, and develop the skills needed to build a long-term career in sales. What You'll Do Represent 20North at trade shows, company events, and market acquisition trips Prospect and connect with business owners through outbound outreachLearn how to identify business challenges and uncover opportunities Educate prospects on 20North's digital marketing services Qualify prospects and build a strong sales pipeline Work toward monthly and annual performance goals Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business and drive revenue What We're Looking For Competitive, positive, and coachable mindset High level of motivation and accountabilityAbility to work independently and as part of a team Strong organization and attention to detail Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow quickly Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Ability to start immediately Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
