Qualifications Have your NMLS lisence with a proven tact record for 2+ Strong knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and Mortgages, including current products, regulations, and best practices. Experience in Mortgage Lending with a solid understanding of loan origination, processing, underwriting, and closing workflows. Background in Finance, with the ability to analyze income, credit, assets, and debt to determine borrower eligibility. Demonstrated excellence in Customer Service, with a client-focused approach and clear, empathetic communication skills. Proven success in a senior or consultative mortgage role, preferably in a multi-state lending environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines. Comfort with technology, including loan origination systems, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
