The ideal candidate is bilingual in Mandarin and English, has strong QuickBooks Desktop experience, and can confidently manage day-to-day accounting functions. Responsibilities Process accounts payable and accounts receivable Prepare and issue customer invoices Record and reconcile daily financial transactions Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Maintain accurate general ledger records Assist with month-end close activities Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on collections when needed Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation Prepare reports for leadership as requested Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information Collaborate with internal departments to resolve accounting discrepancies Qualifications Fluent in both Mandarin and English (required) 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Strong experience with QuickBooks Desktop (required) Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general bookkeeping principles Proficient with Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines Professional communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience in manufacturing, distribution, food, or consumer products Experience supporting month-end close What We're Looking For Highly organized and dependable Strong problem-solving skills Comfortable working independently while collaborating with the team Someone who takes ownership of their work and values accuracy Looking for a long-term opportunity with a stable, growing company #J-18808-Ljbffr
