Responsibilities Customized Solutions: Craft tailored telecom packages that meet each customer’s unique needs. Product Knowledge: Stay up‑to‑date with the latest offerings, pricing plans, and technologies. Sales Pitch: Persuade and communicate the benefits of our products in the field, addressing customer concerns. Closing Deals: Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customers are satisfied. Documentation: Complete all paperwork, contracts, and sales reports accurately. Relationship Building: Provide post‑sales support and assist customers to become advocates. Team Collaboration: Share insights and strategies with fellow sales teams to achieve goals. Targets and Quotas: Meet or surpass monthly sales targets and quotas. Compliance: Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Effective communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills. Self‑motivated with ability to work independently. Proficient computer and technical skills to support customer solutions. Reliable personal vehicle (where applicable), valid driver’s license, car insurance, and satisfactory driving record. Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, and work full time. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual preferred. Sales‑centric mindset: drive results, empathize with customers, build rapport. Extensive product knowledge of mobile and fixed‑line products. Compensation Range The pay range is $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year (including base plus estimated average annual commissions). Base salary at time of hire: $40,000 plus commissions.
