This role plays a key part in managing RFIs, submittals, and project information while helping ensure alignment with contract requirements, schedule, budget, and quality standards. You'll partner closely with superintendents, project managers, and trade partners to keep projects organized and running efficiently.We're seeking doers who take ownership of their responsibilities, stay proactive, and help drive progress across the project team. Strong candidates are detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working with tools like Bluebeam, scheduling software, and Excel, with a commitment to accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.The anticipated salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$90,000.00 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.A valid driver's license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check.
