How You’ll Make an Impact

1. Set the pace: Plan and direct daily warehouse, shipping, and receiving workflows; assign responsibilities and uphold safety, quality, and timeliness.
2. Lead from the front: Supervise, train, and mentor ~3–4 warehouse team members; model hands-on support during peak periods or coverage gaps.

7. Keep it tidy: Maintain organized storage locations; ensure everything is labeled and staged correctly.
8. Protect accuracy: Support cycle counts and dig into discrepancies to restore inventory accuracy.
9. Unblock flow: Collaborate with production and other departments to keep materials moving through the facility.
10. Communicate early: Interface with carriers, drivers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve logistics issues quickly.
11. Fix fast: Resolve shipping, receiving, documentation, and inventory problems promptly.
12. Champion safety: Enforce safety procedures, equipment standards, housekeeping, and company policies.
13. Inspect and report: Check warehouse equipment regularly and escalate maintenance or safety concerns.
