3rd Shift Operator (11pm-7am)

Hourly Associate Location: 502 Eric Wolber Ave, Ada, OH 45810. Shift: 3rd shift (Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM). This is a permanent 3rd shift role with no opportunity for shift change. Starting pay $20/hr with a pay increase every 6 months. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Maintain efficiency to the approved standard Inspect items and sort by visual inspection to ensure they are defect‑free Prep product via deburring and cleaning to meet product standard Inspect and pack product in accordance to the standard Maintain work area and equipment by cleaning, organizing and keeping it in orderly condition Provide accurate production reporting and scrap counts at the end of the shift Communicate with previous shift to receive important job information Communicate with Team Leaders and supervisors when there are issues Complete other duties, as assigned Qualifications High School diploma or G.E.D. certificate required Ability to perform repetitive work in a fast‑paced work environment, including long periods of standing Basic math skills Attention to detail Ability to multi‑task Ability to lift heavy boxes regularly Ability to work in a team environment Willingness to work overtime as needed Reliable transportation and strong attendance record required Company Details Medical, Dental, Vision and Life coverage available immediately 401(k) plan available after three‑month probation with employer match up to 4% This position reports to the shift process technician Configure is an equal opportunity employer.
