R&D&i Project Manager

We’re Growing Our Research Dream Team! Titles? Meh, we’re not big on them, but let’s call this one R&D&I Project Manager.

As part of our R&D&I team, you’ll play a key role in identifying, preparing, managing and justifying competitive funding opportunities for innovative technology projects — especially in the fields of Artificial Intelligence and 3D . You’ll work closely with technical teams, public administrations, partners and stakeholders to turn bold ideas into real funded projects.

You’ll help us transform cutting-edge ideas into competitive R&D&I proposals.

You’ll work on projects connected to some of today’s most exciting tech areas: AI, 3D and advanced TIC solutions.

You’ll collaborate with highly technical teams who love building things from scratch.

You’ll be involved in national and European funding opportunities, public calls and innovation ecosystems.

You will be responsible for:

• Writing technical proposals related to Artificial Intelligence and 3D.
• Managing administrative procedures with public administrations to secure regional, national and European R&D&I funding.
• Preparing technical and financial justifications for managed proposals.
• Contributing innovative ideas that could become new R&D&I projects.
• Managing technical and financial justification processes related to R&D&I bonuses and tax deductions.
• Searching for new funding sources — regional, national and European — as well as potential partners for new consortia.
• Carrying out technology watch activities in the ICT field to stay ahead of market and innovation trends.
• Collaborating with technical teams to understand project scope, innovation potential and technological impact.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience as a technician/consultant in R&D&I project consulting.
• Experience working in a consulting environment.
• Strong technical background, ideally someone who has moved towards project management while keeping a solid understanding of current technologies and sector trends.
• Advanced English level — C1.
• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Telecommunications. A PhD will be highly valued.
• Knowledge of accounting and finance.
• Availability to travel across Europe when needed.
• Genuine interest in staying up to date with the latest technology trends, especially in AI.

Very nice to have:

• Previous experience with national and European competitive R&D&I calls.
• Knowledge of innovation funding programmes and public grants.
• Experience identifying partners and building consortia.
• Understanding of AI, 3D or ICT-related projects.
• Previous experience preparing technical and financial justifications.
• Ability to connect business, technology and funding opportunities.
