Skilled Nursing of East Brunswick
We are currently seeking a Cook for our nursing home. The ideal candidate will meal prep, assist in serving, and clean-up. Responsibilities Preparing and serving meals according to the dietary needs of our residents Ensuring that all food is served at the appropriate temperature Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining area Assisting with inventory and ordering of food and supplies Providing excellent customer service to our residents Demonstrates practical management/leadership skills in the area of primary responsibility and in all facility activities. Supervises support staff to provide quality food services by a satisfied staff in a cost-effective manner. Provides a quality Food Service Program assuring that residents are satisfied, their nutritional needs are met, and an efficient operation is maintained.
