Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Eligible new hires will receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus after successfully completing 120 worked hours . The bonus will be paid following verification of hours worked and continued active employment in good standing at the time of payout.

Schedule : (7:00am-7:00pm)

Location/Setting: Oakwood, TX

Age Range : Child

Acuity: Feeding tube, tracheostomy, med administration (Training Available)

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days   
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)   
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required   
• Insert state-specific requirement here
• Must have reliable transportation
