This job will also entail sitting for the PTCE within 4 months of hire date. Please research the Pharmacy Technician Exam before applying. Only applicants need to apply that want a challenging career.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and make them feel at home
• Answer a busy phone system all day
• Cashier
• Triage phone calls
• Answer any questions the customers may have
• Assist Customers in preparing their orders
• Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
• Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
• Making consistent phone calls throughout the day to follow up on medications
• Must posses a friendly outgoing attitude at all times.

• Cleaning
• Learn our items for sale to support sales
• Support Pharmacists and Technicians in their daily duties
• Troubleshoot
• Completion of mailers

Qualifications

• Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled patients
• Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
• Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
• Good communication skills with customers
