As a Guest Services Representative, you'll be the face of our dealership, guiding customers through an enjoyable and stress-free buying journey. Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome every guest with a warm, friendly attitude. • Create a fun, engaging, and pressure-free customer experience. • Conduct vehicle walkarounds and product demonstrations. • Prepare vehicles for customer demonstrations and deliveries. • Complete a thorough vehicle delivery, ensuring customers are comfortable with their new purchase. • Pair customers' phones with their vehicles and demonstrate key technology and convenience features. • Educate customers on safety systems, infotainment, connectivity, and other vehicle features. • Answer customer questions in person and over the phone with professionalism and enthusiasm. • Stay up to date on the latest vehicle technology and features to confidently assist customers. • Work as part of a team to provide an outstanding dealership experience. Qualifications: What We're Looking For • A genuine passion for helping people. • Positive attitude and an energetic, welcoming personality. • Strong communication and phone skills. • Tech-savvy with the ability and desire to learn new vehicle technology. • Comfortable teaching customers how to use vehicle features and connected services. • Professional appearance and strong attention to detail. • Dependable, coachable, and eager to learn. • Customer service, hospitality, retail, or automotive experience is a plus, but not required. Compensation: $17 - $18 hourly
