Position Summary

Face to Face Spa is seeking a passionate, client-focused Licensed Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in skincare, committed to delivering exceptional client experiences, and skilled in recommending personalized treatment plans and home-care regimens. This role combines advanced skincare services, client education, retail sales, and relationship building to help clients achieve their skincare goals.

Key Responsibilities

Perform professional skincare services including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, extractions, waxing, and other spa treatments offered by Face to Face Spa.

Conduct thorough skin consultations and assessments.

Develop customized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.

Educate clients on skincare products, ingredients, and home-care routines.

Recommend and sell retail skincare products and service packages.

Maintain accurate treatment notes and client records.

Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and tools meet all sanitation and safety standards.

Stay current on skincare trends, techniques, and product knowledge.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention and referrals.

Assist with spa promotions, events, and marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

Active Ohio Esthetician License.

Minimum 1 year of spa or med-spa experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and ingredients.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Experience with retail sales and client retention preferred.

Certification or experience in advanced treatments is a plus.
