Senior Integration Manager - Strategy & Portfolio Management

Abbott seeks a Senior Integration Manager to lead strategy and portfolio management for Exact Sciences' interface product ecosystem. This role oversees EMR vendor relationships, roadmap development, and long-term platform vision while driving cross-functional alignment across product, clinical, and commercial teams. The position requires expertise in healthcare workflows, EHR technologies, and data standards.

Responsibilities

• Own interface solution roadmap and long-term platform vision aligned with order ingress strategy
• Manage EMR and vendor partner relationships including roadmap monitoring and governance
• Define portfolio-level interface strategy including international expansion and AI applications
• Drive cross-functional alignment across product, clinical, and commercial teams
• Present complex integration progress reports and KPIs to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field or GED with 4+ years relevant experience
• 5 years EHR integration, healthcare IT management, or IT project management experience
• Epic Bridges certification or ability to obtain within 2 months
• Expert knowledge of integration solutions, EHR systems, and standards like HL7 and FHIR
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and multi-project management abilities
• Healthcare regulations competency including HIPAA and HITECH
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and advanced communication skills

Compensation: $78,000–$156,000 base
