Production Supervisor

Responsibilities Coordinate daily production activities to meet output targets, timelines, and quality expectations Lead and support production staff to maintain safe and efficient equipment operation Train team members on processes, procedures, and safety standards to ensure compliance Manage staffing levels and allocate resources based on production demands Partner with internal teams to support quality initiatives, compliance requirements, and reporting needs Evaluate production processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reduction Enforce adherence to operational procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards Ensure all workplace policies and safety practices are consistently followed Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support operations Requirements Mechanical aptitude with experience in a manufacturing or process-driven environment Bachelor"s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a production setting is required (or equivalent combination of experience and training) Comfortable using computers and basic systems for reporting and communication Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently and up to 100 lbs. with assistance Capable of standing for extended periods during the workday Forklift experience or certification is beneficial but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
