What You’ll Do Lead and support production team members to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and service goals are achieved. Coordinate production schedules, monitor workflow, and manage raw material availability to meet operational demands. Champion plant safety programs, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement projects across the operation. Coach, develop, and provide regular performance feedback to team members to support engagement and growth. Analyze production performance and implement solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and overall operational results. Qualifications / Requirements Bachelor's degree. 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, operations, or a related environment. Preferred Experience administering or supporting workplace safety programs and compliance initiatives. Experience within the beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or related manufacturing industries. Previous lab/quality related experience. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
