Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts, using computer software or by hand, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate our audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our marketing and communications team. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop and execute creative concepts for print and digital media, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website design Create visually appealing and engaging graphics and layouts that align with our brand identity and messaging Design and produce marketing materials for events, such as banners, posters, and promotional items Use feedback to improve designs and make necessary changes Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials Work with external vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of print materials Assist with other design projects as needed, such as logo design and branding Qualifications Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a healthcare or related industry Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of print production processes and specifications Experience with web design and social media graphics is a plus Passion for working with children and families is a plus We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. #J-18808-Ljbffr
