Forgent is a specialty talent platform for financial services firms. We're leading this search on behalf of our client, a growing, Forbes Best-in-State independent wealth management firm, and they want the person clients see first in their Franklin office. You'll welcome clients, keep advisors' days on track, process client checks, support compliance recordkeeping, and help run the events that bring clients and the team together. You need 2–3 years of experience in administration, reception, or client service.

Your Friday afternoons are yours. You'll work Monday–Thursday 8 to 5 and Friday 8 to 3, with an occasional evening client event. The role is overtime-eligible and includes a 401(k) with safe harbor match.
