Procurement Contract Specialist

Your Role And Responsibilities As a Procurement Operations Contract Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing supplier contract templates and supporting deal negotiations. This role includes updating and maintaining contract templates, managing translation requests, and working with internal stakeholders to initiate and review procurement agreements. The Contract Specialist will collaborate closely with Legal and Finance teams to ensure that processes, templates, and work instructions align with internal control requirements. Preferred Education Bachelor's Degree Required Technical And Professional Expertise Contract Law Knowledge: Experience with contract law to review agreements, ensuring internal client interests are protected. Stakeholder Collaboration: Experience working with various internal client stakeholders to address procurement and internal client needs in supplier agreements. Strong understanding of legal and commercial terms commonly used in contracts. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including an impeccable mastery of the English language. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Unwavering commitment to conducting business with ethics and integrity. Preferred Technical And Professional Experience Minimum of 5 years’ experience in contract administration, legal, procurement, or a related field.
