Assembler Requirements

• Attention to detail when assembling and inspecting tile
  
• Ability to follow machine instructions and safety procedures
  
• Ability to perform hands-on production tasks and keep the work area clean
  
• Dependable attendance
  

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, inspect, grade, and stack tile.
  
• Place tile in the correct position on machines and check that it is straight.
  
• Rework tile that does not meet production standards.
  
• Pack tile in cardboard boxes, send boxes through the taping machine, and place them on pallets.
  
• Load cutting machines with tile and scoop tile into crates.
  
• Keep the production area clean and follow all safety procedures.
  
• Perform other cutting-area tasks assigned by the Plant Manager.
