Let’s talk. We are looking for a P&C Insurance Producer to join our growing team – we’ve grown the team 30% this year. While we're a 30-year-old agency, we have new ownership with experience successfully growing insurance businesses and we’re eager to provide you the resources and support you need to serve clients, grow your career, and enjoy what you do each day. Responsibilities Establish new relationships with potential clients that contact the agency and sign them up for insurance. Develop and maintain relationships with key referral partners. Identify prospects through cold calling over the phone and visiting local businesses to offer and sell insurance. Cultivate relationships and cross-sell additional lines of insurance. Familiarize yourself with our range of products and systems through agency-provided training. Provide customers with detailed information about policies and products, and recommendations. Answer calls and respond to customer concerns and questions. Gather the information and risk management recommendations, renewal of designated accounts, and assist Producer(s) as needed. Qualifications English and Spanish fluency. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid and current P&C Insurance License. Demonstrated sales success. Articulate and professional in person and on the phone. Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful). Organized with a high standard of quality. Professional in dress and behavior. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word. Self-starter, driven, and can manage rejection. Confident working independently. Energetic & enthusiastic.
