About the Role
The Company is seeking a Global Head of Investment Risk with a focus on Private Markets, particularly Private Credit. This senior risk leader will be a key partner to the Chief Investment Office, shaping portfolio outcomes, and strengthening underwriting discipline. The role involves providing independent and commercially aware challenges in investment discussions, as well as bringing structure to portfolio reviews and scenario analysis. The successful candidate will also be responsible for overseeing governance across various investment structures and ensuring that risk is an integral part of new product design and strategic growth initiatives. Candidates for this high-impact mandate should have a background that combines deep product fluency with executive presence, and experience in private credit is highly valued. The role requires a professional who can operate as a front-facing risk partner to senior portfolio leadership, and who is adept at embedding forward-looking risk insight into investment decision-making. While the focus is on private markets, the ability to position risk as an early voice in the investment process is essential.
