This in-person, school-based contract opportunity near Wichita, KS calls for a dedicated professional ready to positively impact communication skills and academic achievement. You’ll collaborate with school staff and families to provide assessment, therapy, and consultation services Monday through Friday, ensuring students receive the support they need to thrive.

As part of this W-2 contract position, you’ll work within a supportive education environment committed to helping students reach their full potential. A generous sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 is available for new hires.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state license (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong CFY candidates will be considered
• Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous, but dedicated clinicians from other backgrounds are welcomed
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to a diverse caseload of students
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine eligibility and therapy planning
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and interventions
• Consult with educators, families, and other related service providers
• Maintain documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff development sessions, and multidisciplinary team activities
