This position is ideal for a skilled professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service while diagnosing, servicing, and repairing residential HVAC systems. We are committed to providing our technicians with the tools, support, and resources necessary to succeed professionally and financially. Primary Responsibilities * Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems * Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections * Communicate effectively with customers regarding system concerns and recommended solutions * Maintain accurate service records and documentation * Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company standards and safety regulations * Provide professional and courteous customer service at all times * Identify opportunities for system improvements or replacements when appropriate Qualifications * Previous HVAC service experience preferred * EPA Certification * Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record * Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Professional appearance and positive attitude Why Join SUPERIOR AC HEAT & PLUMBING?
