Production Associate – 3rd Shift (Cincinnati, OH) This role is a hands‑on position where you can stay active and be part of a team. You will support production by packaging products, moving materials, and helping keep operations running safely and efficiently on the 3rd shift (10:00PM – 6:00AM). Starting pay: $17.36 per hour. Pack, weigh, and label finished products for shipment. Load materials and supply production lines as needed. Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards. Always follow safety guidelines and food manufacturing procedures. Handle materials using equipment such as pallet jacks. Support equipment checks and report any issues. Assist with cleaning and sanitation to maintain production standards. Collaborate closely with the team to keep operations running efficiently. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred. Food production experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Basic math skills and flexibility to work weekends as needed. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Stand and move throughout your shift for 8+ hours. Ability to work at varying temperatures (freezer to production floor).
