Loan Processor We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing documents, processing, maintaining and finalizing loan files, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. Key Responsibilities Review and verify loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy Communicate with Title Companies, Appraisers, and Insurance Companies/Agents Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations and policies Prepare and process loan documentation Maintain organized records of all loan files and documentation Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies that arise during the loan processing cycle Assist Loan Officers as needed Verify account information, monitor daily/monthly reports and correct information as needed Skills and Qualifications Experience as a Loan Processor or in a similar role within the financial services industry is a plus Strong understanding of loan products, underwriting procedures, and regulatory requirements is preferred Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines Ability to analyze, decipher and problem solve High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in finance or related fields preferred Join our team and be part of a company that fosters professional growth, values integrity, and is committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
